Journal 12 - VOCABULARY - Food Defense & Food Security
Today we will make french toast!! Mrs Donnell will do a short demonstration, after which you will be called up by tables to make your own. You will each be evaluated with the cooking RUBRIC.
Before/after cooking, you will work individually on a culinary arts pretest. This pretest is purely a tool to help Mrs. D understand the level of knowledge you posses. The test will be corrected, but the score will not be recorded. You will however receive 5 SUMMATIVE points for the completion of the PRETEST!

Summarize how food products and processing methods have changed due to contributions of food scientists
Analyze how studying food science NOW can benefit you in the future.
