Today will be dedicated to MAKE-UP WORK!
ALSO - ANYONE WITH DETENTION TIME CAN SERVE WITH ME AFTER SCHOOL. I WILL GIVE YOU TIME TO WORK ON MISSING ASSIGNMENTS OR HAVE YOU HELP ME IN THE KITCHENS....just a thought!
We will also review safety throughout the demonstration.

Identify common kitchen safety accidents and ways to prevent them.
Demonstrate proper food handing techniques to prevent food-borne illness.
Evaluate food storage/sanitation for safety.
