Everything we do with food has a science attached to i;, whether we are talking eating/digestion/nutrition, food preparation or food preservation (to name a few) science is involved. Today we are going to make pancakes. Your challenge to to properly MAKE the pancakes(RUBRIC) and then research/report 2 ways that FOOD SCIENCE was involved.
